Long Bio
Brook’s portrait and story are featured in "Women" by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz, placing her advocacy and lived experience within a powerful collection celebrating women across generations and walks of life. Dr. Brook Parker Bello brings a rare perspective to the questions that shape lives: Who are we beyond what happened to us? How do we heal? And what will we build with the life ahead? An author, actor, speaker, ordained minister, and technology founder, Brook works at the intersection of human dignity, faith, justice, and innovation. Her voice carries the insight of a survivor of human trafficking and the experience of more than two decades spent helping others reclaim their futures. As founder, CEO, and Executive Director of More Too Life, Inc., Brook has helped shape an approach that connects survivor support with education, advocacy, and prevention. Her work reaches beyond immediate intervention to address identity, childhood trauma, exploitation, and the relationships that influence long-term recovery. She has also championed a conviction central to her work: men need opportunities for healing, accountability, and purposeful leadership. That commitment informs Kingdom Sons: Legacy of Fatherhood, her masterclass exploring the men we become and the generations we influence. The forthcoming Legacy Code 78 Journal and The Legacy Code podcast extend that conversation into reflection, storytelling, and everyday action. Brook’s creative work gives these ideas another voice. Through acting, poetry, and books—including Shame Undone—she explores the complexity of survival and the possibility of transformation. Her forthcoming works, Eating From the Tree of Life and FOREVER, turn toward spiritual identity, enduring love, and the presence of God in ordinary life. Her leadership has earned recognition including two U.S. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Awards and the 2026 Polaris Star Survivor Champions International Award. She also brings her experience to emerging technology, advocating for tools that serve survivors and those who support them. Grounded in her Christian faith, Brook speaks with candor, warmth, and an enduring belief in human possibility. Across every part of her work, her purpose remains consistent: transforming pain into purpose, innovation into impact, and leadership into legacy.
